request, you will receive a response from the Second Chance staff within 24-48 hours.
Please Note: If you have an emergency situation that needs URGENT attention, please mark
it urgent and you will receive a response within 4 hours.
*Any URGENT
response requiring a response within 4 hours will be charge a $25 addtitional fee.
